THE BIRTH OF EAS IHHRM G23.0

Global EAS IHHRM G23.0 Standard (or EAS Vietnam International Higher Human Resource Management Qualification Framework G23.0) of version G23.0 is issued by EAS Vietnam under the acceptance of Dr. Bui Phuong Viet Anh (Michael Bui) since 1995 and published with the general economic theory in 2013.

On that basis, the EAS Vietnam Academic Council and SHRM Institute, with the approval of Dr. Bui Phuong Viet Anh, issued the EAS Vietnam International Higher Human Resource Management Qualification Framework version G23.0 (EAS IHHRM G23.0), also known as the EAS IHHRM G23.0 Management Competency Certificate or the global EAS IHHRM G23.0 standard.

EAS IHHRM G23.0 universalizes global standards and effectively applies to both organizations and individuals, ensuring both the academic aspects being applied at universities as well as the practical management from the strategic, leadership, human resources, management, team, organizational and global integration levels.

EAS IHHRM G23.0 MANAGEMENT ECOSYSTEM

INDIVIDUALS or ORGANIZATIONS that possess the EAS IHHRM G23.0 management competency certificate will be proof of their management level, professional style, strategic pioneering, distinct culture and effective CAPITAL, increasing opportunities and changing income. Effectiveness of EAS IHHRM G23.0 Management Competency Certificate

Applicable to academics and training:

EAS IHHRM G23.0 áp dụng cho học thuật được chia làm 8 bậc tương ứng với Khung năng lực quốc gia Việt Nam là 8 bậc: Bậc 1 – Sơ cấp I; Bậc 2 – Sơ cấp II, Bậc 3 – Sơ cấp III, Bậc 4 – Trung cấp; Bậc 5 – Cao đẳng; Bậc 6 – Đại học; Bậc 7 – Thạc sĩ; Bậc 8 – Tiến sĩ, tương ứng với khung năng lực của Úc là10 bậc, Hoa Kỳ là 9 bậc và Anh Quốc là 8 bậc.

EAS IHHRM G23.0 applied to academics is divided into 8 levels corresponding to the Vietnamese National Competency Framework of 8 levels: Level 1 – Elementary I; Level 2 – Elementary II, Level 3 – Elementary III, Level 4 – Intermediate; Level 5 – College; Level 6 – University; Level 7 – Master; Level 8 – Doctorate, corresponding to the competency framework of Australia with 10 levels, the United States with 9 levels and the United Kingdom with 8 levels.

Apply to personal management capacity development:

EAS IHHRM G23.0 applies to managers according to the LEVEL CORRESPONDING TO THE POWER STRUCTURE of an organization: (1) Strategic management (EAS SHIP G23.0); (2) Leadership management (EAS LIPA G23.0); (3) Human resource management (EAS IHRM G23.0); (4) Middle management (EAS MIMP G23.0); (5) Essential management (EAS FLIP G23.0). This management competency certificate is considered as the “BLOOD” in a human body.

Organizations and businesses operating in international integration need global standards that still ensure locality but are very global in standards to ensure compatibility and effectiveness in competition and market penetration.

(1) Organizational Strategic Certification: EAS INSO G23.0 (EAS Vietnam International Organization Strategy G23.0); (2) Organizational Brand Certification: EAS INBO G23.0 (EAS Vietnam International Organization Brand G23.0); (3) Organizational Culture Certification: EAS INCO G23.0 (EAS Vietnam International Organization Culture G23.0); (4) Organizational Leadership & Administration Certification: EAS GOM G23.0 (EAS Vietnam Global Organization Management Professional G23.0).

LEVELS OF EAS IHHRM G23.0 CERTIFICATES

The classification of management competency certificates is hierarchical according to the power model and structure of a particular organization or enterprise:

(1) Strategic Certification: EAS SHIP G23.0 (EAS International Higher Strategy Professional G23.0) for General Directors, Strategy Directors, CEOs, Professional Investors, Leaders of public organizations. This is the highest level in management.

(2) Leadership Certification: EAS LIPA G23.0 (EAS International Advanced Leaders Professional G23.0) for Business Leaders, CEOs, Department Directors, Business Directors, Professional Directors, Branch or Brand Leaders, Regions, Senior Managers, Independent Department Heads.

(3) HR Management Certification: EAS IHRM G23.0 (International Human Resource Management Professional G23.0) is for personnel working in human resources, HR Directors, Heads of Human Resources and Human Resources Administration organizations, and human resources specialists. Business leaders, CEOs, and investors need knowledge of human resource management.

(4) Middle Management Certification: EAS MIMP G23.0 (EAS International Medium Management Professional G23.0) for Professional Department Heads, Team Leaders, Assistants, Secretaries… those who directly operate organizations or businesses.

(5) Administration Foundation Certification: EAS FLIP G23.0 (EAS International Foundation Leadership Professional G23.0) for managers, specialists, professional personnel who need basic management knowledge, employees of organizations and businesses, non-leaders in technical, educational, medical, legal organizations, etc.

RENEWAL AND UPGRADE CERTIFICATE

The component certifications of EAS IHHRM G23.0 are valid for 5 years for the strategic level and 3 years for the remaining certifications.

If you are holding an EAS IHHRM G23.0 certificate that is about to expire, you can contact the SHRM Institute or EAS Vietnam for instructions on renewal procedures.

If you are an EAS IHHRM G23.0 certified person who would like to upgrade to a higher level certification in the ladder, please register for the upgrade. The upgrade will be done without the need to sit an exam if the current certification has at least 3 months remaining validity. There is no limit to the number of renewals or transfers.
