The SHRM Institute and EASers ALUMNI Association is a place for alumni to connect, interact, share experiences, and collaborate. SHRM Institute and EAS Vietnam are international organizations, so this is a very effective networking forum for individuals or organizations that want to integrate globally.
ALUMNI
When you complete and graduate from training programs at EAS Vietnam or SHRM Institute, you have become a global multi-tasker, but you are still encouraged to maintain contact with the Alumni Association to gain more values and benefits from updating knowledge to improving career opportunities.
Student and trainee experiences associated with career achievements need connections of “classmates” or “colleagues” or even “partners” to enhance your achievements and talents. Alumni is a place to share past perceptions and a place to find motivation for future challenges, whether it is a happy or sad experience! Remember, the experience may only be a few days, but the value is eternal!
Come back to prove that you are a person with altruism and love big enough to realize that you still have meaning and value in life!

Alumni will be updated with management knowledge every year without any charge.
You will receive support, strategic advice and life support for 12 years after graduation at no cost.
Former students can receive a 20% discount on other training programs (if any) and a 10% discount for relatives if they participate in training programs organized by EAS Vietnam or SHRM Institute.
Alumni receive a discount on the exam fee for the global EAS IHHRM G23.0 certification exam.
Network with other members in professional and social activities.
Get job support when needed and other benefits that are difficult for the average person to access.

Annual Alumni events play an important role in connecting and strengthening the relationship between SHRM Institute and alumni. This is not only an opportunity for alumni to meet, share experiences and update each other, but also an opportunity for the school to recognize the achievements of former students. Through exchange programs, seminars and cultural activities, these events help promote cooperation and support between alumni and the current generation, creating a strong and close-knit community. At the same time, these activities also contribute to enhancing the image and brand of the school in the eyes of society.

It is a noble gesture when you show affection to the place that has supported and accompanied you. There are many emotions from joy to disappointment but above all is affection for what you have experienced here. Society will look at you and your behavior towards the place where you studied to evaluate your ability and social value.
It could be a talk to share experiences or to motivate the next generation of students. It could also be a small contribution to the facilities or to enhance the value of yourself and the place you have accompanied. That contribution will contribute to enriching the opportunities for other students to have the opportunity to access EAS Vietnam or SHRM Institute to grow together with you. It could also be volunteer activities with the team of EAS Vietnam or SHRM Institute to add more meaning. Activities that give back to EAS Vietnam demonstrate that you have matured and grown in the mindset of a global citizen.
