ISHRM’s strategic, management and high-level human resource training activities are the result of practical research activities associated with management theory in the light of the general economic theory and the EAS IHHRM G23.0 human resource standard. ISHRM creates human resources, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are outstanding in thinking, specialized in expertise, creative in action, and have different strategic solutions.
ISHRM has cooperated with EAS Vietnam to successfully build an advanced training program system and an academic method that integrates true subject credits to help students acquire knowledge faster, more sustainably, and develop capacity more effectively than groups of human resources in the same major at other training institutions. ISHRM’s quality management system is equivalent to that of international universities and is considered “West Point University Vietnam”. Training programs at ISHRM and EAS Vietnam are considered as “On-site Study Abroad” programs with time and cost only 30% compared to international and other facilities.

ISHRM hợp tác với các sở đại học quốc tế trong việc triển khai các chương trình đào tạo đáp ứng nhu cầu học tập và phát triển sự nghiệp của người học. Các chương trình đào tạo bao gồm: Chương trình tú tài quốc tế (giống chương trình THPT của Việt Nam); Chương trình cử nhân, Thạc sĩ, Tiến sĩ của các trường danh tiếng nước ngoài. Các chương trình được triển khai phù hợp với luật pháp Việt Nam và đáp ứng nhu cầu học tập suốt đời của công dân.
Ngoài ra, còn có các chương trình đào tạo “Top Up” dành cho sinh viên năm 3 hay năm 4 của Việt Nam tiếp tục theo học các trường quốc tế để lấy bằng đại học quốc tế.
Bên cạnh đó, còn có các hoạt động hợp tác nghiên cứu khoa học và trao đổi học thuật giữa ISHRM và các cơ sở giáo dục nước ngoài theo nhu cầu của mỗi bên.
International Internship is a program under the SHRM Institute’s Practice – Internship scholarship sponsored by the EAS Vietnam Scholarship Office for students of Vietnamese and international universities. This is not a simple inspirational or skill training program. IIS serves career goals, successful life goals and effective life management for the goal of living happily. Therefore, this Internship is not suitable for students who are TOO BUSY with other club or community activities.
Candidates who complete the stages of the IIS scholarship can transfer to the full YLPs scholarship (Young Potential Leaders of ASEAN Scholarship) or apply for other SHRM Institute scholarships.
Career counseling activities are regularly implemented by ISHRM at educational institutions in Vietnam to overcome the situation of students “sitting in the wrong class”, “choosing the wrong major”, causing a lot of loss of resources for society and families.
Experts at ISHRM provide independent advice and orientation to ensure development according to the root of the problem and in line with global development trends instead of just promoting university or studying abroad!
